SHIPMENT INFORMATION:

We will continue to process and ship the order within a few working days, and send order and shipping updates after receiving the order. We thank you for being a valuable customer, and thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time.

We have been working with carriers to plan for the expected surge in shipments this holiday season, but there will still be delays. Although we will always do our best to provide you with accurate delivery estimates, high shipments may cause these estimates to be delayed. In addition, transportation carriers may also experience lag in updating tracking information.

We use multiple delivery partners (including FedEx, UPS, EMS and USPS) to deliver our products.

To other countries:

Processing time: 1-3 business days
Shipping time: 10-20 business days

“PS. For orders shipped to Russian Federation and South America, shipping time may exceed 1 month due to shipping and customs issues.

As each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact your local customs office for more information. In rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged and the customer is responsible for paying them.”

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER IN TIME?

After you have successfully paid for your order, we will send a tracking number to your email. You can track your order through the courier’s website or by logging into your account ATTIRT. We will provide tracking information within 1-3 business days.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE LOGISTICS INFORMATION

SHOWS THAT THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SIGNED FOR BUT

NOT ACTUALLY RECEIVED?

When you encounter the situation, you can take the following steps:

– You can call and contact the courier to see if it was sent to the wrong place.

– Maybe the courier didn’t scan it correctly, maybe it will be delivered the next day.

– Check to see if it was signed for by a neighbor, etc.
